Accounts Payable Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scan Vendor and Subcontractor invoices into accounting software (Viewpoint Vista)
  • Enter invoices to be routed to correct Approval Group
  • Process Bi-Weekly Check Runs
  • Reconcile Statements
  • Process ACH Payments
  • Timely communication with Vendors and Project Managers
  • Create and maintain Vendor Records
  • Maintain Vendor Compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 Years Accounts Payable Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Vendors
  • Detailed-Oriented
